Seriously, I over-workout myself just now I did 150 Pushups and Situps each but there're breaks along the way. The last time I trained myself was 5 months back or even more And the consequence of doing so is that I force myself so hard that I vomitted next & now, I'm feeling so cramp all over me and very weak. Damnn.. =( . Yesterday, I bought 2 shirts from Fourskin and a red smart casual from Bugis. And it was my first time buying a red smart casual anyway. Coooool.. =D And that would be the last time I shopped, I hope.. Hahha. Anyway, will be going Seoul Garden with the soccer teammates tomorrow to celebrate Anwar & Hyrul's birthday. =) |
